Moreover, new analytical and modeling techniques have considerably improved our understanding of RF circuits and their underlying principles.
I have thus incorporated hundreds of examples and problems. I also wanted to teach design in addition to analysis. I have thus included step-bystep design procedures and examples. Furthermore, I have dedicated Chapter 13 to the step-by-step transistor-level design of a dual-band WiFi transceiver. With the tremendous advances in RF design, some of the chapters have inevitably become longer and some have been split into two or more chapters.
Introduction to Probability, 2nd Edition -Athena Scientific The course is attended by a large number of students with diverse back grounds, and a broad range of interests. They span the entire spectrum from freshmen to beginning graduate students, and from the engineering school to the school of management.
Accordingly, we have tried to strike a balance between simplicity in exposition and sophistication in analytical reasoning. Our key aim has been to develop the ability to construct and analyze probabilistic models in a manner that combines intuitive understanding and mathematical precision.
Too many books are virtually useless after a few months, so I made sure that my examples were useful to build RESTful APIs, perform test-driven development, implement real-time apps, deploy them and do many other essential practical things anyone who works with Node. Nevertheless, a lot has changed in the years since.
There are new versions of Node. Azat is signing and giving away Practical Node.
It has to blow the 1st edition out of the water. It will still take a no-BS approach, with practical knowledge that developers can use right away to finish their projects.
But this time I want to write the book with more transparency. The plan is to write it on GitHub, where you can follow along, comment, give me feedback, and through this collaboration I can ensure that the 2nd edition of Practical Node. Due to a huge success, Practical Node.
However this time the draft version of the manuscript will also be available online on GitHub for free. I want to open source this whole endeavor so whoever needs an urgent practical Node.
To achieve this, I need your help. To learn: from the process of contributing and watching the book take shape, you will not just learn about Node you will also learn how a book is written.
Maybe it will provide you with the inspiration to write your own book! To provide input and collaborate: if you have an opinion, share it so that your voice can be heard by s of software engineers around the world. To get extras bonuses like an online course.
To help ensure that the editing and proof-reading is on point for those readers who are bothered by mistakes.
To create a living work: traditional publishing takes a long time, but with the manuscript on GitHub, it'll be a living document updatable by me or anyone via a simple pull request.
Watch over my shoulder as I update and write the book and code examples To be a part of something special and to contribute to a special community. To contribute ideas: Just submit a GitHub issue and the most voted proposals will make it to the book. Want me to cover specific libraries, services, frameworks, and patterns?
